Over the years, I have friends that became clients, and I have many more clients that became friends...all relationships built on honesty, trust and them knowing that I have their best interests at heart.
When I’m working with you as a seller, my goal is to guide you through the process and make every effort to get you the highest possible dollar in the shortest period of time, and when I’m working with you as a buyer, I’m working to get you the best home for the lowest price. At some point during every transaction though, I am asked...”Jen, what do you think”, and my clients know that I will always give them my honest opinion. I want clients to buy homes that I am proud to re-sell, years later, when they are ready to move on to the next chapter of their lives...and they call me to get it SOLD. It’s all part of the many roles I play throughout the real estate process...It’s what I do for my clients, for my friends.
Outside of real estate, I’m a nature nut, so you’ll find me running or walking the river valley trails, I think I am hilarious, so I keep trying to golf, I love riding my Harley, sneaking away to Mazatlan is my secret treat, and when I have a few minutes to spare, you’ll find me curled up with another true story / documentary and a really great glass of wine.
