While prices have softened from earlier in the year, Edmonton's average residential selling price remains 0.5% higher than October 2025.
The market is changing, but opportunities are still there! AND remember, what's happening Edmonton and surrounding areas doesn't necessarily reflect what's happening in YOUR neighbourhood.
